Tickets, Sponsorships, Subscriptions, and Other Goods or Services are NON-REFUNDABLE:

All purchases are non-refundable. TechFire and its parent, DMBH Group, do not issue refunds for tickets, sponsorships, consulting services, or any other purchase, under any circumstances, unless otherwise explicitly specified upon purchase. Any and all payments made to DMBH Group are not refundable for any reason, including, without limitation, event postponement/cancelation or failure to use tickets/sponsorships/consulting services/other purchases due to illness, acts of God, acts of terrorism, pandemics or other public health issues, travel-related restrictions or problems, or any other reason. If an event is canceled / postponed, we will transfer your ticket / sponsorship to another future live event or online event.

Regional Eligibility:

TechFire services and products are targeted for sale primarily in the USA. We do not target those in the European Union (EU); purchases by those in the EU are prohibited.

TechFire Pro Subscription Terms:

YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND POLICIES

  1. Welcome to TechFire Pro (the "Service"), offered by the DMBH Group, the DBA entity underwhich TechFire ("”DMBH Group”, “TechFire”, or “we”) operates. TechFire Pro is a premium service offering subscribers exclusive benefits.  


    TECHFIRE PRO IS OFFERED ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES.

  2. Acceptance of Terms. By using and continuing to use the Service you and DMBH Group agree to the following terms and policies, as well as our other terms and privacy policies that may be linked from the footer of techfire.co.

  3. Changes to Terms. DMBH Group reserves the right to change the terms. You can find the most recent version of the Terms on the techfire.co site, and you should check these documents regularly for any updates. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

 

YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL DOCUMENTS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.

  1. TERMS FOR TECHFIRE PRO 

    1. In order to sign up for TechFire, you must pay a subscription fee. You must provide your PayPal or credit card details, or such other billing details as may be offered (“Registration Information”), which will be stored for the purposes of processing your subscription payments and providing you your benefits. DMBH Group has the right to terminate your account and refuse you any and all current or future access to or use of the Service, and refund you a prorated amount of your unused subscription, or to block the renewal of your subscription at the end of your term.

  2. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL, REFUNDS, AND PAYMENT TERMS

You may purchase TechFire Pro on a monthly subscription basis or other such terms as may be available (e.g. yearly, two year, etc). 

  1. Auto Renewal. The current fee for TechFire Pro will automatically and immediately be charged to your designated payment method or, if your designated payment method fails, to any other payment method you have on file with us or our payment processor. Details of the current fees will be available from the TechFire Pro page.  Subscription is on an auto-renewal basis, and it starts on the date that you sign up for the Service until you cancel. Your designated payment method or, if your designated payment method fails, any other payment method you have on file with our payment processor will be charged for renewal unless you cancel at least 48 hours before the end of the current period. You are entitled to cancel the Service at any time. To cancel the Service, log in to PayPal and cancel your subscription or email us at hello@techfire.co if you do not have a TechFire account (just give us your name and email so we can cancel it for you). 

  2. Cancellation for Auto-Renewed TechFire Pro.   If you choose to cancel your auto-renewed subscription of TechFire Pro, cancellation will cease the periodic (monthly or yearly, etc) auto-renewal of the Service.  You will not receive a refund for the current billing period but will continue to receive your subscription for the remainder of the current billing period, regardless of the cancellation date. Your cancellation goes into effect after the current billing period has passed. For example, if the Service is for one month periods and you cancel after the renewal period you will continue to get the service for that month and the Service will be cancelled at the next billing cycle.  Also for example, if the Service is for one year periods and you cancel on the 100th day of that 12 month period you will continue to get the service for that year and the Service will be cancelled at the next billing cycle. 

  3. Amount Charged for Service may Change. The amount charged may change. If you do not cancel the Service, you hereby consent that the payment method (or, if your designated payment method fails, any other payment method that you have on file) will automatically be charged the then-current fee for the Service at the commencement of each renewal period. We will provide you with notice of any price increase at least thirty (30) days in advance. Details of the current fees will be posted at TechFire.co/pro. Fees charged for one service may not be credited towards other services. TechFire does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering. 

  4. Discounts and Offers. TechFire in its discretion may offer discounts or special offers from time to time. If you have received an offer for a free trial period in connection with signing up for the Service, then you will not be charged for the first time until after your free trial period has ended. Once the offer or trial period ends, you will be auto-charged for the Service until you cancel. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not have access to the Service once the trial period ends, unless you purchase the Service. Subsequent billing dates will be on the monthly or annual anniversary of your first billing date. If you receive a discount or special offer during the current term, your billing date will extend for the additional period of the discount or special offer.  

 

TERM AND TERMINATION

DMBH Group may, but has no duty, to terminate immediately the Service and refuse allowing any and all current or future access to or use of the Service by you if DMBH Group in its sole discretion concludes that: (a) you have provided any information that is invalid, untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or DMBH Group has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is invalid, untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, (b) you are engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, (c) you are engaged in activities that may damage the rights of DMBH Group or others, or (d) you have failed to abide by our other terms and policies. DMBH Group accepts no liability for information or content that is deleted due to an invalid credit card.

DMBH Group may also discontinue the service at any time by canceling the renweal of all subscriptions and continuing to offer the service until such subscription periods end, or by refunding pro-rated subscription amounts and ending the service immediately.

CONTRACTING PARTY, CHOICE OF LAW, AND LOCATION FOR RESOLVING DISPUTES AND OTHER LOCAL REGION PROVISIONS

The Service is provided by DMBH Group. Any disputes shall be handled under California law, in the jurisdiction of Los Angeles County.
